Account & verification
How long does verification take?
Individual accounts are typically approved within one business day of complete submission. Corporate accounts take two to five business days depending on structure.
Do you hold my assets?
Balances held on the platform sit in segregated custody. You may withdraw to self-custody at any time subject to security verification.
Trading & pricing
Is there a minimum transaction size?
The desk is designed for transactions above $25,000 equivalent. Smaller trades can be accommodated for existing clients but pricing is less competitive.
How is pricing determined?
Quotes reflect live interbank and exchange liquidity plus a disclosed desk spread. The price you confirm is the price you settle at — there is no slippage after confirmation.
What happens if my quote expires?
Nothing is executed and no fee is charged. Request a fresh quote and the desk will reprice against current market conditions.
What fees apply?
A single disclosed desk spread applies to each trade. Network fees for withdrawals are shown before you confirm. There are no account, custody or inactivity fees.
Deposits & settlement
When do funds settle?
Crypto settlement begins immediately on confirmation. Bank settlement in AED or USD is same-day when instructions are received before the local cut-off.
Which networks do you support?
Bitcoin, Ethereum (ERC-20), Tron (TRC-20) and Solana for stablecoin settlement. Sending to an unsupported network may result in permanent loss.
